2.0 LOGIN

2.1 Basic Flow

The Meeting Room Booking System begin when the user click Login.

Click Login

The system will display Login page on the screen. The user need to enter their own username and password. Then, user click Login button.

The system will check the username and password. If valid, user can view Homepage. [E1: Invalid username and password]

2.2 Exceptional Flow [E1: Invalid username and password] The system shall display error message Your username or password is invalid when user enter wrong username and password. The user need enter the valid username or password.

3.0 View Room Status 3.1 Basic Flow This use case begins when user click Room button.

Click Room

The system will display all rooms on the screen. Lecturer and staff will click one room for view room status.

The system will display calendar for check availability. Lecturer and staff choose date. Then, click Check Availability button.

Click Check Availability

The system will retrieved data from database and system display booking list of the room. [E1: Not available] If lecturer and staff want to proceed for booking, their will click Proceed button. But, if lecturer and staff do not want proceed to booking room, their can choose another room again and click Back.

Click Proceed button

3.2 Exceptional Flow [E1: Not available] If the room is fully booking from 8am until 5pm for the date, system will display error message The room not available for booking. So, lecturer and staff will choose date again.
