An automated unit for all size needs A paperboard bottle automated unit is designed for use by operators of all sizes. The production capacity of the unit starts at 750 pcs / h and can be expanded to large capacity large-scale production equipment by adding modules. The fully automatic unit also handles dosing After the bottle has been shaped, the unit dispenses the drink and closes the bottle. Dosage takes place in a hydrogen-peroxide-purified bottle in a pressurized space to provide a clean air environment for bottle filling and thus fewer preservatives are needed to improve product preservation.

Breaking with tradition A new type of cap for the paperboard bottle

The automated unit fits a new type of cap on the bottle. The threads are removed from the bottle and cap to minimize the accumulation of thread dirt and to improve the texture. It doesn’t require great strength to open and close the re-sealable cap. No more labels The PBB unit prints the desired look with the product information and no separate labels or stickers are required. It is possible to print almost any type of picture or text on a bottle or any combination of these. The same color scheme is used as in printers in general.

Photo, text, graphics. The paperboard bottle can be branded as desired, whatever you want to communicate to the consumer. From a paperboard roll to a paperboard box The paperboard bottle automated unit packs the bottles into "bottle crates". For us, a bottle crate is paperboard packaging that does not contain plastic. Larger bottles of 1 l and 1.5 l are packed 4 to a box and bottles 0.25 l and 0.33 l are packed 24 to a box and 0.5 l bottles are packed 12 to a box.
