FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is the membership dues rate?

A: Dues are 1.6% of base salary, the minimum and maximum is prorated on the pay period.

Q: What is “Base Salary”?

A: Base salary is a fixed amount of money paid to an employee by an employer in return for work performed.

Base salary includes vacation time, sick time, personal day or PTO (Paid Time Off) excluding: overtime, shift
