Japs are working hard to establish a good relationship with app buyers. We want more people to buy our app Grocery Savvy. We hope people would love to use our app everyday. Our goal as a company is to bring entertainment in the live of adult people. This app is for people who have mobility problem. We only have one distribution channel which is Android Market. We want you to understand that our apps are very educational. Their meant to help future business man and future employees just like us in life. We want our consumers to be happy when one of our apps approaches its release date . Our alternative marketing ideas consisted of making a dementia that would help people remember their schedule and what they have to do each day.

This app is for manly for the people who have mobility problem. Our challenge is to get our 20 comments on Facebook or consumers reviewing our grocery app by the end of the month. Also to get feedback from 10 students on by June or app that will help them find research easier. Japs is looking forward to make 70 to 100 purchases in first 2 months.

Company Analysis We are trying to make apps that people would

love to use everyday. For example a weather app people would check everyday what the temperature is or if they need an umbrella or what ever they need for the day. We are based on FUN, ENTERTAINMENT, and most of all LEARNING and EDUCATION.

Customer Analysis People with mobility problems are more likely

to be obese Mobility difficulties are not exclusively

conditions of old age. About 19 million adults who live outside

nursing homes or other institutions say they have at least some difficulty walking or use a mobility aid.

People with mobility problems care about being able to get things faster and being able to move easier.

Marketing Segmentation

Segment 1

People with mobility problems have issues moving around. Even while in the grocery store its hard for them to get things from high shelves while in those wheel chairs there in or losing there balance with a cane they use to walk with.  

People with mobility problems care about being able to get things faster and being able to move easier.

They go to the grocery store, take their phone out use the app by selecting what food products they want and they give it to the store helpers.

We reach the people by going to retirement home and sharing the app with them and telling them who to use it.

Segment 2 People that work at grocery shores

should have our app because it make their job easier and make them stand out at work.

We want most of grocery works in Ridgewood to have bought and use our app.

The way they would use the product is, when a person with a mobility problem comes to the store and has trouble move and reaching the food item, the work could use the Grocery Savvy app to the select the food item on the app and go get them for the person who have mobility problems.

We would go to food markets to spread the app and share it with the workers. Maybe they like and give it a try.

Our alternative marketing ideas consisted of making a dementia that would help people remember their schedule and what they have to do each day. Another alternative idea was to make an app to help the people with hearing problems understand what other people are saying

Our marketing strategy is after we create our app, hand it out to certain amount of people and get feedback from them.

Product- This product will be used by android powered devices. It is called

Grocery Savvy. For the People with mobility problems it is great because they could go to the grocery store, take their phone out use the app by selecting what food products they want and they give it to the store helpers.

Price- This android app with be found on the android market and will be free until we feel that customer really want it. The People with mobility problems will always get it for free.  Distribution (Place) - We reach the people by going to retirement home and sharing the app with them and telling them who to use it.

Well after we get at least 10 People with mobility problems to use our app but the end of next week. And hope that they will give us feedback. We will try to improve our app with some of the ideas that our customer gave us. We would the app better so we could have more People with mobility problems using it. We want to get at least 5 People with mobility problems to use our app each week after we improve it.
