Infants through young adults explore Unity Principles at an age appropriate level using metaphysical interpretations of the Bible and other resources. First Unity creatively experience these lessons through art, music, meditation, games along with Prayer and Meditation. The First Unity curriculum is designed to provide children and young adults with a spiritual toolbox that they can use throughout life.

YOUTH MINISTRY CLASSES Sundays 9:30am & 11:30am Ages 6 weeks through 25 years of age.

Young Adults of Unity (Y.A.U.) | Ages 18-25 years: Led by Jenny Randolph. This group meets on Sundays in Friendship Hall between 10:30 -11:30am

Youth of Unity (Y.O.U.) | Ages 14-18 years: Helene Lepowski is the group leader. This group meets on Sundays in Room 401; 10:30am – 12:30pm

Uniteens | Ages 10-13 years: Linda McLeod is the group leader. This group meets on Sundays in Room 200; 11:30-12:30pm

I AM Kids | Ages 5-9 years: Kim Shrovanek is the group leader. This group meets on Sundays in Rooms 201-203; both during the 9:30am & 11:30am services

Nursery | Infants to 4 years: Hazel Madir the group leader. This group meets on Sundays in the Nursery during 9:30am service. During 11:30am service the 3-4 years old meet in Room 201 lead by David Swindall & Christina.

Wednesday Meditation & Healing Service Wednesdays, 6pm, Sanctuary Join us at First Unity Spiritual Campus, for a Magical guided meditation. Relax, Unwind, Let Go, Release to the tones of Crystal Singing Bowls and a peaceful, guided journey through time and space. This service is provided EVERY WEDNESDAY evening at 6pm.

First Unity’s Pet Ministry Sundays, after services, Friendship Hall We created a pet adoption ministry in 2013 and are thrilled to say that over 166 pets have been adopted thus far. Rescue teams visit us every week and bring

amazing dogs and cats to be adopted. Animal adoptions at First Unity Spiritual Campus are every Sunday from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm in Friendship Hall.

Radiance Matrix Concert Paul Temple Saturday, November 5, 7pm Sanctuary, $15/adv; $20/door

Paul Temple (aka RadianceMatrix) has been a musician and meditator for many years, and found a path to beauty and inner peace through Tibetan Bowls. He will be giving a Deep Peace Experience Concert on Saturday November 5, utilizing Tibetan bowls, flutes and mantras. Prosperity Planning, Part 1: Give it Away & Keep it- Karen Keaton, Esq. & Board of Trustees Saturday, November 12, 10:30am, Sanctuary In Part I of our seminar series, Attorney, Karen Keaton, who holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation, will explain several charitable gifting strategies that may produce immediate deductions and tax benefits for you and your family. This two-hour seminar focuses on charitable strategies, such as, IRS approved options on tax deductions, new ways to secure your family’s future, and a bonus on current gifting. Angel Tree November 13 – December 11

Each year, during the Christmas Season, First Unity partners with several child services agencies to provide gifts for children who may not otherwise receive anything for Christmas. An “Angel Card” is hung on the Angel

Tree in the lobby with the child’s name. You pick a child’s card, purchase gifts and return them, unwrapped, to the lobby. Gifts are due back on or before Sunday, December 11 at 1:30 pm. Please remember packages are to be left unwrapped, gift bags are perfect. We invite you to bring your gifts in earlier.

Thanksgiving Day Service Thursday, November 24, 10:30am Sanctuary

Bring your family and start Thanksgiving Day with a gratitude service, highlighted with music and a special message from Rev. Temple & Rev. Dieter. After service, First Unity invites you to celebrate and enjoy a meal with your community in Friendship Hall. Bring a dish to share. We also need volunteers to help with set-up and clean-up. A Not So Silent Night Christmas Concert Becca McCoy & James Weaver Friday, December 2, 8pm Sanctuary, $15/pp A holiday treat for all ages guaranteed to get you in the spirit of Christmas! This one-hour show featuring Becca McCoy and James Weaver combines holiday classics, contemporary favorites, and music from their album, A NOT SO SILENT NIGHT, interwoven with excerpts from beloved holiday literature. 3rd Annual Winter Celebration LGBT Ministry Saturday, December 3, 6:30pm Friendship Hall, $15/pp

The LGBT Ministry is hosting their Winter Dance Celebration in Friendship Hall. Dancing, food, prizes and fun are sure to be had. EVERYONE is invited to attend this fun, holiday-spirit evening. Nativity- A Gospel Song-Play Friday, December 9, 7pm Saturday, December 10, 7pm Sunday, December 11, 4pm Sanctuary, Love Offering NATIVITY is the joyous account of the seminal event that occurred over 2,000 years ago on one silent night in Bethlehem. It’s a celebration that tells the original story of the Nativity in scripture, verse, music and dance. This song-play touches a special chord in the hearts of all during the holidays. This year’s production will again star renowned actor Sharon Scott along with a blissful company of singers, actors, and musicians delivering a powerful message of hope that’s perfect for the entire family.
