Our Approach

The Smarter Healthcare is an active working committee forming to move this vision forward.

Our approach is to find a group of Healthcare stakeholders in our Region (Cape/SE Mass) with common issues/challenges.

Collaborate on common solutions.

Apply for grant funding or to pilot technology used in supporting project such as the Medical Home model; or Health Information Exchange.
