WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE Mondelēz Philippines Intern for Shopper Insights (April 2015 – Present) Currently analyzing Q1 data for all brands and already making insight-action plans for various sales teams. Ateneo Junior Marketing Association Ateneo has Hope Project Head (April 2013 – May 2014) Led a team that coordinated with Friends of Hope, Inc. and resellers inside Ateneo for the partnership. Raised around Php 600,000, which was used for the construction of classrooms all-over the country; more than 1000 cases of bottled water were sent to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban. Service Learning Program (January 2014 – March 2014) Among the top 30 students out of 200+ in Financial Acc., was in a consultancy team for BPI-Globe Banko. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES Ateneo Junior Marketing Association President (February 2015 – Present) Organized Year-End Bash, AVP and Force applications, and currently spearheading project head apps. Associate Vice President for Corporate Relations (March 2013 – February 2014) Sealed deals with companies like BPI-Globe Banko, John Robert Powers, Pascual Laboratories, Crossfit Alpha Strike for cash and x-deals. Mentored and supervised marketing heads and volunteers: contributed to the success of projects like AJMA Week and Shindig. Made documents, marketing packages and memorandums of agreement, for partnerships with companies. Associate Vice President for Public Relations (March 2014 – February 2015) Project Head of AJMA TV, a PR initiative: Currently leading a team that handles all video-related concerns of all the projects. 17 videos with a total of 10,102 plays have been released so far this year. Handled deals with other organizations and companies such as UPJMA, Soul Surf, etc. for various endeavors like Unleashed, COA Recruitment Week Shoot, Soul Surf 2014, etc. Made a promotions plan as a Promotions Head for a project with Habitat for Humanity Philippines. Ateneo Management Engineering Association MEA Fiesta Project Head (April 2014 – February 2015) Organized an event for the members of MEA and the non-teaching staff of the Loyola Schools; was the biggest MEA Fiesta up-to-date with more than 300 participants. Supervised recruitment and secretariat, and marketing committees wherein my plans for calendaring, promotions blasting, fining and sponsorship contacting systems were closely executed. John Gokongwei School of Management Student Enterprise Center (February 2015 – Present) One of the owners and the finance manager for the food business, Grub Club. Garnered the highest number of sales among 24 other participants in JSEC Challenge Week. Project LAAN Boot Camp Project Head (June 2014 – November 2014) Organized the organization’s first series of out-of-school seminars for public school students and mothers that include games and talks that focus on public health topics: dengue, common colds, etc. Sealed partnerships with organizations such as Gabay and Musmos for talks. 2 seminars have been given to around 100 mothers in November. SEMINARS ATTENDED AJMA Leadership Summit: Best Speaker of the Case Competition (2012) Procter and Gamble CEO Academy (November 19 – 21, 2014) SKILLS&INTERESTS I am effective when it comes to risk management, strategy development and handling stressful situations. I am also flexible; I can handle working with people and working alone. I am also an effective speaker and I have been invited to be a speaker in various events. I also enjoy sharing ideas and coupled with my experiences, this has taught me to view situations from various angles.
