• Paul Rodriguez is a famous actor and stand-up comedian who has been making millions of people laugh in Spanish and English for 3 decades.

• He was born on January 19, 1955 in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico.
• He was the son of migrant farm laborers.
• Paul and his family migrated to the east of Los Angeles, California where he was raised.
• In L.A. he attended Theodore Roosevelt High School.
• He served in the Air Force.
Career • He decided that he wanted
to pursue his career in comedy when he started working as a doorman at The Comedy Store, a place in L.A. where stand-up comedians get to entertain people with their humor.
• Paul got his break he started to open for various concerts.

• After serving in the military he was eligible to use the G.I. bill which paid for his college.
• While he was there he had the desire to be a lawyer but instead found a great interest in comedy.
