Responsible for ensuring material processed on each operation within speci fications set by Tech Services (SPC charting).

Performed dew point measurements, atmosphere checks, temperature readings, gas flow readings, coating thickness checks, franklin insulation tests, safety gas checks for shutdowns and maintenance

Adjusted gas flows, humidifier settings, C10 paint pump flows to ensure key process variables remain within specification

Trained and assisted crews with production recording issues (Coil Track and IBM). Worked with production to correct any out of spec conditions

1989 to 1991: Magnetic Tester

Responsible for accurately performing all tests required by customers on material produced in Bagdad
