we’re seeing whooping cough outbreaks - Ask the doc when your last one was!

Trouble sleeping?
Avoid naps
Try to wake up and fall asleep at the same time every day (including weekends)
If you can’t fall asleep within 30 minutes, get out of bed and do something peaceful (read a book, crossword, etc.)

Decreased hunger
