TRACK 1INNOVATIVE VALUE CHAINS FOR SUSTAINABLE PROCESS INDUSTRYThe European industry faces a crucial challenge to rejuvenate in order to become more competitive and sustainable at the same time, and lead to European growth and jobs. New value chains where know-ledge on chemistry, materials and energy are combined as an integrated sustainable solution are a key innovation in this context. As major contributor to sustainability tar-gets, this interactive field is the focal point in this session. > Organised by VITO in collaboration with Energyville
TRACK 2REGIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTThis track focuses on the use of integrated modelling, and more in particular systems dynamics inspired models, in support of decision-making and planning aimed at sustainable development. In this track we will involve participants in a participatory model supported envisioning process. Through this interactive process we will take a next step in learning how this kind of approach can be instrumental in defining and testing (policy) visions as well as supporting and concretely realizing transition pathways to sustainable development.> Organised by VITO

TRACK 3CARBON DIOXIDE CAPTURE AND UTILISATIONCO2 provides an interesting potential as a sustainable carbon resource. Closing the carbon loop, more in specific CO2 Cap-ture and Utilization, has therefore evolved from an academic interest to an economically viable technology. The CCU track, teaming up with the European FP7 collaborative project SUC-CESS (www.clc-success.eu), represents an essential scientific conference part in BSDS 2015 and brings together academia and industrial stakeholders to discuss state-of-the-art in CO2 capture and utilization. Come and join this conference!> Organised by VITO in collaboration with Ghent University
TRACK 5CLEANTECH INDUSTRY - INVESTABILITY - BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIESDo you want to meet potential Business Partners, Corporates, Investors, … from across Europe? Can they help realise your sustainable GROWTH ambitions? Then this is your track!> Organised by Flanders Cleantech Assocation (FCA) in collaboration with Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) and Enterprise Europe Network.
TRACK 4SMART CITIES INDIA AND EUROPECities of tomorrow are being formed today, determining mobility, energy consumption, resource use, social inclusion and cohesion, for a majority of our world’s population for many decades to come. The focus in this track lies on smart cities as a solution for the-se challenge. What can smart cities mean for Europe and India in tackling sustainability challenges? That is the central question for this track.> Organised by VITO in collaboration with TERI and Valluri Technology Accelerators
