About the Facilitator

Arul Dev Is the author of the book titled 'Into Great Depth of Your Being', a book that provides guided exploration into 8 parts of your inner being. He coaches resonant individuals who are on a path of self-awareness, healing, inner change and individual & collective transformation. He has founded the 'Coaching with Depth' methodology to train other coaches, mentors and guides to hold space for the holistic development and deepening of the being & doing of their beneficiaries. He conducts workshops and online courses every month on 'Sadhana (Inner Practices)', 'Integral education', 'Beyond Schooling', 'Conscious Parenting', 'Youth Inner Power', 'Conscious Leadership'.He is the guest faculty at IIT Madras for the Self Awareness course for students and Self Awareness and Higher Goals in Education (SAHGE) courses for teachers, since 2011 and is also the Founder CEO of People First Consultants P Ltd, a reputed HR firm that offers Learning & Development, Coaching and Talent Hiring solutions for the last 25 years. His current research and workshops are about the inner process to enter into the tiny spaces of our body and its consciousness and wait for healing and transformation to unfold on its own.

We experientially explore a natural process of connecting to universal light, strength, joy, silence and vastness. We practice to be aware and within our thoughts, emotions, energy and body to facilitate its natural process of healing and transformation.
