Directions Dancing is a great way to raise your heart rate and get your blood flowing. Have

the kids pick an appropriate song and make a cd with the collection of songs

they choose. Break them up into groups and give them time to put together a

little routine. While the other kids are waiting to use the cd player they can

make posters with the name of their dance group on them. After everyone has

practiced(this might actually take 2 days to complete) they can show the class

what they have put together. This will help them lan team work.
