To get a precise idea of the �avors in each cacao, François reveals a little secret: I concoct a sort of tea with the cacao in the water, sweeten it lightly and let it settle.     HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERAll orders can be placed via an email, fax via o�cial LPO (local purchase order). Late night orders will be processed on the next working day, and delivered at the next available opportunity. We require you at the time that you are placing your order to state company name, account number, name of person placing the order and item codes.

    DELIVERIESAll goods are dispatched and delivered by our own ISO22000 approved refrigerated transport. Deliveries are made Sunday to �ursday 6am to 5pm. Minimum order for free delivery depends on area of delivery in the UAE but starts from AED300. �e customer is responsible for providing a safe delivery area as Classic Fine Foods will NOT accept responsibility for any goods stolen or damaged a�er delivery. Classic Fine Foods requires a signature at the time of delivery as proof of delivery.

    CREDIT TERMSCredit terms are o�ered only to applicants which meet our criteria, and negotiated terms must be adhered to. Please ask your Sales Executive for a copy of our Credit Application. New customers will be supplied on Cash on Delivery basis only. All requests for monthly credit facilities must be made by completing an ‘Application for Credit Form’ which can be obtained on request. Deliveries are available to non-account customers, provided payment is made prior to the goods leaving our warehouse (formerly known as COD).
