A Little Bit About Delivrix

Delivrix is one of the UK’s leading asset management, engineering and facilities management

consultancy providing clients with a wide range of services in conjunction with the built

environment. Our client’s instructions also include but are not limited to building surveying,

lifecycle cost reviews and statutory compliance auditing.

Our consultants can successfully blend project management and technical skills at the highest

level to support clients in delivering a diverse project portfolio. These range from supporting

the public sector to advising private developers, building and refurbishing care homes to

creating agile functional offices, making schools and hospitals fit for the future.

As a consultancy, we are driven by our clients’ needs and know that meeting the client’s

guidance, educational guidelines, DDA, HTMs, HBNs, CIBSE, SFG20 Guidelines, ACOP

and HSE Regulations.
