Small Wedding Package - $4890

Guest numbers can be extended by a maximum of 4 additional guests

for a small fee of $65pp (18yo+) or $45 pp (12-17yo).

Note: Children are welcome and those under the age of 12 are not counted in the guest count.**Limited numbers apply

The Venue & Styling

The Ceremony & Your Celebrant

Experience the ambiance of Brisbane’s highly acclaimed and

award-winning venue Hillstone, St. Lucia. Your ceremony is held in

the intimate alfresco setting that is The Courtyard Garden. With a

secret garden feel amid the high hedges and pebbled floor, this area

is perfect for an intimate, casual wedding with your closest few.

The space is styled and perfectly set to accommodate your guests

for your small wedding.

Your fully personalised ceremony will take approx 15-20mins,

crafted and delivered by Award Winning Celebrant Jarrad Bayliss

– Voted Australia’s Most Popular Celebrant. He will make sure your

ceremony is everything you’ve ever imagined, taking you on a

rroller coaster ride of laughter, tears and love! Beautiful signing

table and chairs are provided as well as music during and after

your

ceremony.

To capture those ever lasting memories we have allowed for 1 hour

of photography by one of our renowned photographers - Soda

PhPhotography or Artography. With a dynamic mix of expertise, cre-

ative expression and personal attention, Liz will capture all the

magic throughout your special day. All the important moments will

be captured during your ceremony, after which you are welcome

to stroll the stunning grounds of Hillstone for your couples photo

shoot.

The Food & Drinks

Your exquisite Bridal Bouquet and matching Grooms Buttonhole will be

provided by New England Flower Co. A range of seasonal blooms will

be used and you can choose those colours that suit your wedding

theme. An additional Bridesmaid posy and Best Man buttonhole

can be provided at additional charge. **Specific choices will be available

to you during the planning process once bookings are confirmed.

The Cake

A small, elegant wedding cake finished with a fresh flower topper and

lovingly created by Vanilla Pod is provided for you and your guests.

This can be cut and served to your guests after the ceremony or taken

with you to enjoy later. Your favourite flavours, style and any specific

requests are discussed during the planning process.

You and your guests will be provided with celebratory drinks (approx

2 per pers) post ceremony and chef’s choice selection of savory

canapés (6pcs per pers) prepared by renowned Hillstone chefs.

You will also have the option to extend your stay at Hillstone with a

Lunch or Dinner Function (subject to availabilty). Please contact our

team to disucss possible options.
