MALTESE PLATTER Local peppered/soft goats cheese, galletti, olives, Gozo sun-

dried tomatoes, Maltese sausage, capers and Bigilla (olive oil, chilli, broad beans and garlic).

ORIENTAL PLATTER Vegetable spring rolls, Chicken samosas, Duck Cigars, Thai
