Step #8 Inflate Pontoons – Lay pontoonsout parallel with River Guide Logo onoutside. See Photo #8A Note! There are(2) valves (W) on each pontoon. It isimportant to know that each valve inflatesa separate air chamber. Each airchamber must be equally inflated with air.Do Not try to inflate the pontoon throughone valve because you will be onlyinflating one of the air chambers.Approximate an equal amount of air ineach chamber. To inflate pontoons, remove the caps on the air valves (W).Insert the gray valve adapter (X)(provided) into the end of the air hose onthe dual action pump (Z) (provided).Insert the valve adapter (x) into the valve(W), turn to lock and fill each pontoonabout 3/4 full. See Photo #8B. DO NOTFULLY INFLATE PONTOONS AT THISPOINT! Note ! Before inflating pontoons itis important to check the spring loadedvalve stem in the center of the valve. Itmust be in the "out" position wheninflating. Push the valve stem in and turnto lock in the "in" position for fast, unattended deflation of pontoons.

Helpful Note! – You may quickly inflatethe pontoons with a high power electricpump to the 3/4 full position bydepressing the value stem and blowingthe air into the valve. Use the dual actionhigh volume pump to top off the pontoon.

Step #17 Fully inflate pontoons-remove gray valve adaptor (X) frompump air hose (Z). Insert black shapedPressure Release Valve (Y) into thehose end. Then insert the gray valveadapter into the Pressure ReleaseValve. Insert the gray adapter into eachvalve on the pontoon and add air untilair releases from the pressure releasevalve. This will fully inflate the pontoonto the correct capacity. You may wish toremove the pressure release valve andreinsert the valve adapter into thevalves to add a little more air to firm upthe pontoons. DO NOT OVERINFLATE! – one or two additionalpumps in each valve are enough. SeePhoto #19.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Heat andaltitude will expand the air in thepontoons and could cause theseams to burst and the bladders toblow out. As temperature or altitudeincreases you must release air fromthe pontoons to compensate for the

expansion of air inside the bladders.DO NOT allow the boat to sit in thehot sun without releasing some airfrom each valve. Do this by simplypushing in on the spring loadedvalve stem to release some air.

Step # 18 Insert 2-pc Rubber OarStops onto PVC Oar Sleeves on Oarsby first loosening screws and slightlyopening stops to fit over oar shaft andonto sleeves. DO NOT remove screwsfrom nuts. a. Water Skeeter patented LOADLEVELING SYSTEM- We believethat the frame should be affixed inthe center of the pontoons at alltimes. Our unique strappingsystem and Patented Wrap AroundStraps keep the frame securely inplace in the center of thepontoons. You can adjust the legrests; seat and anchor/motormount forward and back to levelthe boat for excess weight in thefront or back. When using a motor(with battery) or carrying excessgear you may wish to move theseat forward by simply reachingunder the seat, pulling out on the"L" pins and sliding the seatforward. If further adjustment isnecessary you can also move theentire seat and slide forward on theseat frame. To do this, remove the(4) seat screws, reposition forwardand reinsert screws into forwardset of holes in seat frame.Retighten screws. Leg rests canalso be moved into a forward set ofholes for leg comfort.
