Work Experience - Friday
• Weekly Supported Work Experience 10am – 2 pm
• 4 work stations on the busy factory floor, fully integrated with McAlpine staff
• Real live work. Nothing that is a simulation
• Assemble small parts for large orders, 2part jobs – 6 part jobs. Real progression
• Rules for work / dressing for work. Maximum output
