Overview of SAEEC

• The South African Electrotechnical Export Council (SAEEC) is a Public-Private- Partnership between industry and the Department of Trade and Industry

• Not-for-gain company

• Reports to a Board drawn from industry

• 6th year of operation

• Currently over 75 members and also work closely with relevant South African Industry Associations

• Focus on the Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors

• Objective is to facilitate trade for member companies
