Go to http://referrals.litify.comto create an account with Litify.

If this is the first time an account is created by a member of your firm, you will need to create the “firm” as well. Any subsequent accounts from your firm that are created

will choose the “join” option and be able to link their account to your firm.

2.Create a New Referral

Click on the “New Referral” button in the upper right-hand corner, and then fill in the

required client and case information.Hit “Next.”

3.Select Our Firm

Type in “Morgan & Morgan P.A.”and select our firm,then click “Next.”

4.Set Amount

Set the referral fee amount(Florida referral fees are 25%),

and click “Next.”

5.Review

Review the case informationand then click “Send.”

6.Track

1.Why should I refer a case to Morgan & Morgan?

Morgan & Morgan is the largest plaintiffs-only law firm in the country with offices in 17 states and over a dozen nationwide practice areas. This makes M&M the closest thing to a

“one-stop shop” for assisting your clients with their inquiries that you do not handle. If your client is injured on vacation in Florida, we have 24 offices that can assist. If you’re an Atlanta

tax attorney and your client was bit by a dog, our Atlanta office can help

2.How will I be compensated for referring a case?

Referral fees are paid at the end of the case out of the attorney’s fee. For example, in Florida where referral fees are capped at 25%, if Morgan & Morgan receives $10,000 in attorney’s

fees on a case you refer, we will pay you $2,500 at the end of the case.

6.How do I stay up to date with my referred case?

You can see the status of your outbound referrals by logging into your Litify Referral Network account and clicking the “Outbound Referral” box on the left side of the

dashboard.

comments so that you can keep apprised of cases you send.
