Can you tell us a bit about yourself and C24 please?
My name is Lee Duffield and I am the business lead in the C24 BI practice. C24 is a specialist in the
delivery of business critical applications from private ‘cloud’ infrastructures, all managed from two
of the UK’s most secure and private data centres. We pride ourselves on “delivering simplicity
through the controlled management of complexity”. We primarily focus on delivering hosting for
specialist application providers in the Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) space, but also
specialise heavily in the legal, manufacturing and stadia sector through our wider hosting and
business intelligence solutions.
What are the key advantages of working with Connexica and "CXAIR"?
The Solution gives clients the ability to gain
a holistic view of their business information as a single, centralised version of the truth. CXAIR allows
users to create, pull and distribute reports themselves with visual and graphical representations that
identify trends. It is also secure, enabling user access dependent on role and requirements.
Furthermore, the solution enabled clients to understand what their customers really thought of the
services offered through intuitive social media sentiment analysis.
