Website Access
Open your web browser to go to www.julyservices.com.
Select Plan Access in the top, right‐hand corner of the home page.

Initial Login
You will receive login information in order to access the website for the first time that will contain your initial User ID and Password.
The first time you log in you will be asked to change your password.
In the event that you lose or forget your login information you may contact the Client Service Team at 888‐333‐5859.

Plan Selection
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the Plan Selection page.
Click on the plan you would like to view.

Participant Summary
This page provides an overview of a participant’s account.
Details about the account can be accessed by using the Top Menu or by clicking on items on the Participant Summary page.
Items displayed on this page include:
o Personal Information o Account Balance by Investment o Account Balance by Source o Recent Transactions o Pie Chart of Investment Balances o Pie Chart of Asset Class Balances

Benefits Summary
This page provides an “at a glance” view of your status in all plans.
Click on a Plan name to view that Plan’s information.

Password Change
Password Change is located under the Personal Profile menu.
This page allows you the discretion of changing your password at any time.
Password changes to your account are effective immediately and can be used the next time you log into the website.

Account Balance
Account Balance is located under the My Account menu.
This page provides you with the current total and vested balance in your investments as well as the number of shares.
Click on the investment name to visit the Morningstar Snapshot for that investment. You will be able to view the investment’s Morningstar rating, expense ratio, charts, and other research.

Personal Information
Personal Information is located under the Personal Profile menu.
This screen allows you to update your personal information we have on file.
Please enter your email address and answer one of the Alternate Verification questions. This enables you to use the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link on the initial login screen. Using this link will email your login information to the email address that you enter in the event that you have forgotten your login.

Investment Choices
Investment Choices is located under the Investments menu.
This page displays information regarding the investment choices available in your plan.
Some of the information available includes:
o Asset Class o Fund Family o Ticker o Current Price o Redemption Fee Information o Morningstar Snapshot (Click on Fund Name to View)
For Prospectus information or to view a Fund Fact sheet, click View in the Fact Sheet / Prospectus column.

Personal Rate of Return
Rate of Return is located under the My Account menu.
This page displays the personal rate of return for your account in monthly, quarterly and annual time periods.
The personal rate of return results are available for your total account or individual investments.

Investment Returns
Investment Returns is located under the Investments menu.
This page provides rate of return information for each investment for the specified time periods.
The As of Date indicates the date range that these results were calculated.

Newsletters
Our Quarterly Participant Newsletter provides valuable information to assist you in managing your retirement account on topics such as:
o Investment Strategies o Market News o Legal Updates o Educational Articles
The four most recent quarters are listed under the Newsletters menu.

Investment Elections
Investment Elections is located under the Make Changes menu.
The Investment Election Source Selection allows you to select the individual money source or all sources that will receive the new investment elections.

Investment Elections – Cont.
On this screen, you can select your New Investment Elections as well as view your Current Investment Elections.
NOTE: This will only affect future contributions that you make to the plan and will not affect your existing account balances.
Changes submitted before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be displayed on the website by 3:00 PM CST on the next business day.

Investment Elections – Cont.
This is the Confirmation Page where you can review the transaction before submitting for final processing.
NOTE: This transaction has not been submitted until you click Continue.
If you have an email address under your Personal Info., you will receive a confirmation email at 3 PM CST on the next business day.

Transfer Funds
Transfer Funds is located under the Make Changes menu.
On this screen you can select between 3 Transfer Types: o Transfer Between Investments o Rebalance on Existing Investment Elections o Rebalance on New Investment Elections
Below Transfer Types, you can select the Source that you want to change.

Transfer Between Investments
The transfer type of Transfer Between Investments is a one‐time transfer of investments.
This type of transaction is best for moving only part of your account balance. If you intend to make changes to your entire account balance, one of the rebalance options will be more appropriate.
You can transfer FROM one or more investments TO one or more investments.
The types of transfers available are:
o Percent to Percent o Dollar to Percent o Dollar to Dollar

Rebalance Based on New Investment Elections
The transfer type of Rebalance Investments Based on New Allocation Percentages is best when you want to rebalance your entire account differently than your existing Investment Elections.
This transfer type allows you to enter Target %’s for your account balance in each investment.
When this transaction is submitted, your investments will be transferred so that your new account balances will match the Target %’s you entered.

Rebalance Based on Existing Investment Elections
The transfer type of Rebalance Investments Based on Current Allocation Percentages is best when you want to rebalance your entire account to match your existing Investment Elections.
You can select whether you want this rebalance to be a one‐time transaction or a recurring one.
Recurring Rebalances can be set for these time periods: o Monthly o Every 3 Months o Twice a Year o Annually
When this transaction is submitted, your investments will be transferred so that your account balance will match your existing Investment Elections.

View Loans
View Loans is located under the My Account menu.
This page allows you to view the present status of your outstanding loan.
You can also click on a link to view an updated Amortization Schedule.

Model Loan
Model Loan is located under the Tools menu.
This loan calculator tool enables you to do the following:
o Calculate Maximum Loan Amount o Determine Loan Payment Amount o View Amortization Schedule

Reports
Reports is located under the Tools menu.
On this screen, you can select from the reports available to your plan.
Reports can be run for any date range within any plan year on our system.
Reports will display in a new window when completed and are stored at the bottom of the page until you delete them.

Forms
Forms is located under the Tools menu.
On this screen, you can select from the forms available to your plan.
Forms can be run from the drop down menu or downloaded from the list at the bottom of the page.
Forms will display in a new window when completed and are stored at the bottom of the page until you delete them.

Transaction History
Transaction History is located under the My Account menu.
This page allows you to search your transaction history based on the following criteria:
o Investment o Source o Transaction Type o Date Range o Transaction Status
Your transaction history results can be printed or saved to your computer.

Web / VRU Requests
Web / VRU Requests is located under the Make Changes menu.
This page allows you to search transaction requests for your account that you entered through the online website or VRU phone system.
You can also cancel pending requests that you have recently submitted and have not been processed.
You can search by the following criteria:
o Transaction Type o Transaction Status o Date Range o Confirmation Number

General Information is located under the Tools menu.
This page provides you with contact information for various items of information applicable to your plan.
