STEP 1

Safelyraisethevehicleusinganautomotiveliftorjackstands.Donotuseramps.Thewheelsofthevehiclemustnothaveanyweightonthemordamagetothesub-framemayoccur.

RemovetheUnderbodycoverusingaFlatHeadorPhilipsscrewdriverandaT30Torxsocket(3screws).

STEP 2 Carefullyunclipthethreecableretainersusinglongnosepliers.

STEP 3 Removethe8mountingboltsofthestockbraceusinganM18socket.Donotreuse

thesebolts.

STEP 4

InstalltheEurocodeAluKreuzwiththesuppliedboltsusinganM19socket.Pleasenotethatthereareeight60mmboltsincluded.Installtheseboltswithwashersintheposi-tionshighlightedbythearrows.Handtightinacrisscrossordertopreventbinding.

STEP 5 Torquetheboltsto66ft-lbs(90Nm)plus180°(1/2turn)torquetoyield.Followthe

tighteningsequenceasillustratedinthepicturebelow.

STEP 6 InstallthethreeCableRetainingclipsfromStep2inthecorrespondingpositionsonthe

AluKreuz.

InstalltheunderbodycoverusingthesuppliedAllenHeadbolts,washersandlockwashersusinganM5oranM4allensocket.DabasmallamountofLoctite(supplied)tothethreadsofthebolts.Torqueto3ft-lbs(4Nm).

ReinstallthethreeOEMTorxScrewsusingaT30socket.DabasmallamountofLoctite(supplied)tothethreadsofthescrew.Torqueto5ft-lbs(7Nm).

Atthispoint,installationiscomplete.Safelylowerthevehicleandenjoytheenhanceddrivingpleasure.
