correctly and consistently? How do you know?• Was the accommodation successful? What
criterion was used to make that determination?
• If the accommodation was unsuccessful, is there a need to change or remove the accommodation? Why was it unsuccessful?
• If the accommodation was successful, is it still needed?
• Is there any other need for an accommodation?
