WORKING STEPS
Select the suitable plane.
Select line then start draws the half side of the front view.
After completing the sketch select mirror option.
Mirror the drawing sketch.

Pad the completed sketch. Select mirror extent option in pad work.
Then draw rectangle on face. Put symmetry, give dimensions.

Then pocket the rectangle to make path on the job.
Select the face plane. Draw a circle then pad with it suitable dimensions.

After pad circle, mirror that the circle with suitable reference plane.
Then draw a circle to make hole.

Select the side plane to make hallow path as per given diagram.
Pocket the sketch.

Then select face of body sketch the rectangle with given dimensions.
Pad the rectangle.

Then make tritangent fillet on the rectangle. Then make a hole on the fillet.
Mirror this fillet triangle into all portions as per diagram specification.
Final diagram will be like this.
