cultures. In the Kazan Kremlin there is a Muslimmosque and..

Kazan is the capital of Tatarstan, one of the nationalrepublics in Russia. This is a city which combines

skillfully traditions and modern vogues.

Now let’s switch to the Venue itself. If you look from the officialresidence of the President of Tatarstan located in Kremlin (see

photo, left side) over the Volga River Embankment at the nearestbuildings - the highest one is the Riviera Hotel – our venue

It is no surprise that the New Year exposition washeld in one of the most fashionable and modern

hotels in Kazan – in the Riviera

In the luxurious interiors of the Riviera Hotel theexhibition looked as a precious pearl

One of the unwritten rules of our Foundation states:Exhibition shall be arranged so that it would be

interesting for visitors to attend it. The audience shallhave the possibility to relax and ‘dive’ into each artwork

The interior design of the venue shall becomfortable and modern

Rooshan, an artist from Kazan, was discussing thepaintings presented at the exhibition with the

President of the Foundation Mr. Mikael Dashianfor quite a time

As for Mikael himself – the camera simply failedto focus at him those days

Despite the New Year snow Kazan warmlywelcomed our exhibition

This is a great success for us all and opens agreat outlook and possibilities for future

cooperation
