20. At the end of “Opening Slot Point Chaser”, the top 3 participants with the highest slot points earned participants among all

participants shall be the winners. If there are two or more participants having the same value of points earned within the top 3 participants, they are required to share the prize of that winning ranking.

*For example, if the 2nd and 3rd winners have the same final tournament score, each participant will receive HK$25,500 Slot Bonus and one (1) Pure Gold Dragon.

Opening Slot Point Chaser – Share Prize Pool

21. Patrons who earn 188 points during the points earning period at the designated points earning area will be rewarded with sharing total HKD 200,000 Slot Bonus prize pool with other qualifiers.

22. All winning amount will be round up to nearest whole number. 23. Each participant can only win once (1) in Slot Point Chaser Top 3 Winners and once (1) in Slot Point Chaser Share Prize Pool. 24. The result of “Opening Slot Point Chaser” will be announced latest by 11:59pm 26 January 2020 after the tournament finished.

Winners of “Opening Slot Point Chaser” must claim prize at designated Sands Rewards Counter and fully download the prize latest by 2nd February 2020 at 11:59pm. Otherwise, prize will be forfeited.

25. The Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to amend the number of slot machine, session, winner of the tournament, tournament date and time base on the number of participation. Any changes will be posted at the Sands Rewards counters.

26. Participants have sole responsibility to find their qualification into session / round, start time and location of the session round.

27. Venetian Macau Limited reserves the right to raise verbal warning to participant who is being suspected in any action violating

the fairness of competition during the tournament. Neglecting of the warning may lead to disqualification from the tournament.

28. No other individual or proxy will be allowed to play on behalf of the participants.

29. Failure to adhere to the tournament rules will result in disqualification. 30. All prizes won will be paid to the winner in person. 31. If the winner is not already a member, the participant must become a member of Sands Rewards prior to claiming the prize

won. 32. Proof of original ID (official identification documents such as passport, travel document, or residence card) and valid

membership card will be required for verification purpose at the time the prizes are claimed by the winners. 33. At the discretion of the Venetian Macau Limited Management, the prize pool may be added to in the form of cash, goods or

services. 34. The Venetian Macau Limited Management may guarantee the prize pool based on a minimum number of entries being

received. Should the number of entries be less than the minimum requirement, the casino operator may reserve the right to cancel the tournament.

35. It is the responsibility of the members to ensure that the Sands Rewards membership card is inserted correctly into the slot

machine and take out before the cut off time of the Points Earning Period, or handed to the table games supervisors for their play to be recorded.

36. Slot machines cannot be held unused or without play for an extended period of time. Management reserves the right to

amend the holding period.

37. Participants must comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth by each property with regards to the designated program.

38. The Venetian Macau Limited Management may cancel the tournament without reason or notice.

39. Venetian Macau Limited Management may allow other members or group of patrons to be eligible to participate in this promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

40. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Venetian Macau Limited, its advertising agencies and

promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

41. Venetian Macau Limited reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions stated herein and may withdraw or

Management is not liable for any of the discrepancies or variances which may occur in points generated by the system due to computer malfunction or operational variances etc. Additionally, the Venetian Macau Limited Management is not responsible for any other errors arising out of the membership cards not being inserted or swiped properly.

43. The Chinese version of these Terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the

Chinese versions.

Part 2: Sands Fortune Dragons Limited Edition Gifts

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. 2. Sands Rewards Gold, Ruby, Diamond members and APEX members are eligible for this promotion. 3. Participants must not have been barred list and must have a valid membership card and be in good standing with

Hong Kong/Macao Residents Card) as well as valid membership card in person for verification purpose during the redemption of offer.

12. If a member opts to redeem other offers, the member must have earned sufficient points to cover the point requirements
