RJH - Paper 1 Physiological factors affecting performance
1. Make notes using writing frames on flexibility p105 to p110. Students are to use the text book and a powerpoint, hyperlinks so that students can watch how to conduct tests and different methods of training.
2. Completed notes must be photographed and sent to RJH via email.
3. Once the notes have been completed students are to answer past paper questions as an assessment which must be sent to me to be marked. Completion date 4th May
