PROTECT ALL EXISTING ITEMS TO REMAIN FROM DAMAGE BY DEMOLITION ANDNEW WORK.
PRESENT PAINTED CONSTRUCTION WHICH IS MARRED, SHALL BE REPAINTED SAMEAS NEW CONSTRUCTION.
THE USER OF THESE DRAWINGS AGREES TO HOLD THE ARCHITECT HARMLESSFOR ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN REGARD TO CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS,TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES OR PROCEDURES AND FOR ANY SAFETY PRECAUTIONSAND PROGRAMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK AND FURTHER SHALL HOLD THEARCHITECT HARMLESS FOR COST AND PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THENEGLIGENCE OF CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR, TRADESMEN AND WORKMEN.THE USE OF THESE DRAWINGS IMPLIES THAT THE ARCHITECT SHALL TAKE NORESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PLANNED USER'S FAILURE TO CARRY OUT THE WORK INACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW WALL HUNG SINK, FAUCET AND CONTROLS, LOCATIONSAME AS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED. PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL HARDWARENECESSARY TO INSTALLATION AND ENSURE ADEQUATE BLOCKING IS IN PLACE FORSUPPORT. CONNECT TO EXISTING SUPPLY AND WASTE LINES
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW VANITY CABINET AND CULTURED MARBLECOUNTERTOP WITH INTEGRAL BOWL AND BACKSPLASH AS INDICATED ON PLANSAND AS SPECIFIED IN PROJECT MANUAL. CONNECT TO EXISTING SUPPLY ANDWASTE LINES.
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW BATH TUB AND TUB SURROUND. REPLACE EXISTINGVALVES, CONTROLS, SPIGOT AND SHOWER HEAD WITH NEW, AS SPECIFIED. SEEPROJECT MANUAL. WHERE NO SHOWER HEAD WAS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED,PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW HEAD INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PIPING, VALVES,CONTROLS, DIVERTERS, AND ANY COMPONENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETEINSTALLATION
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW BATH ACCESSORIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TOBATH MIRROR, RECESSED MEDICINE CABINET, VANITY LIGHT FIXTURE, GRAB BARS,TOWEL BARS, TOILET TISSUE DISPENSERS. SEE PROJECT MANUAL FOR SCHEDULEOF COMPONENTS
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW FLOORING, SEE ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE. PROVIDEAND INSTALL NEW VINYL BASE. VINYL BASE TO RUN ALONG SIDE AND FRONT OFCABINETS WHERE APPLICABLE.
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW BATH EXHAUST FAN IN SAME LOCATION ASPREVIOUSLY INSTALLED EQUIPMENT. SEE MECHANICAL PLANS.
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW LIGHT FIXTURES, ELECTRICAL SWITCHES AND OUTLETSAS INDICATED ON ELECTRICAL PLANS. LOCATION SAME AS PREVIOUSLYINSTALLED.
