THE PARKMYCAR EXPERIENCE

STEP 1

You need parking quick as you have an urgent meeting to rush to.

No worries!

Just call ParkMYCar’s hotline to request for a valet parker.

STEP 2You will be prompted to provide the following details in order to request for a valet at your destination:

a) Car Plate Numberb) Destinationc) Estimated Time of Arrival

And that’s it!

STEP 3You will then receive a SMS from us showing that your assigned valet is heading to your requested destination.

You will then be able to track your valet in real time by tapping on the link we’ve provided.

STEP 4Our maps function will be able to provide you with an estimated time of arrival of your personal valet at your destination.

Also, you can call or message your valet in case you have any specific requests or arrangements.

STEP 5Once your personal valet has reached your destination, you will be notified!

Just look out for the guy in the ParkMYCar T-Shirt when you arrive at your destination.

You can also call or message him from the app.

Once you’ve passed your keys to your valet, you can rate your experience on our app!

Just give us a call again when you need your car back. (Process repeats)
