Overview
Park 12 Hundred is a master-planned re-development of a 1.2 million square foot office/manufacturing/distribution facility originally developed for Western Electric and most recently, Avaya. Beginning in 2013, IBC Holdings began a transformational re-development of the 106 acre property.
