    The Lighthouse Parent: A Forever JourneyAs a single parent you may possibly be feeling

    overwhelmed and challenged by demands of working,studying, parenting or more. The Lighthouse Parent -a 3 week course - will help you regain and rebalanceyour energy and innate parenting wisdom to be in-linewith your child's age and developmental milestones.

    Mar.24 Apr. 7 for parents with 13-18 year-old teens.Fee is $15 - $60 depending on your income.

    Young Widows Group

    To support women who feel prematurely

    widowed and who may or may not have

    dependent children living at home. The focus ofthe group is adapted to the needs and wishes of

    participants but may include issues such as

    returning to work or facing challenges when a

    partner is no longer present for support.

    Course runs on the second Friday of each month

    from 7:00 PM 9:00 PM on a drop-in basis

    although registration is required. ContactBereavement department reception to register.

    There is no fee, donations accepted
