Beginning on September 13, dierent service opportunies will be oered on Saturdays. Some

events involve a trip to visit a service partner while others involve hosng a local educaon pro-

gram. Along with the joy of giving, students benet by interacng with children from dierent

backgrounds and geng to know the Philippines beyond Maka and Taguig. To parcipate, stu-

dents simply pick up a permission slip from the MS Oce on the Monday before the trip. Once

its been signed and returned to the oce, a student can sign up on the roster. Some trips ll up

quickly so encourage them to sign up early. Parent are welcome to aend!

Leaving ISM?

Please be reminded that parents are obliged to ocially inform the School in wring through aWITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION FORM if their children will not be returning for the 2nd Semester.Families are encouraged to submit the Withdrawal Nocaon Form, stang the student's naldate of aendance, immediately.

For students who will be withdrawing at the end of the school year, forms must be submied on

or before May 8. Failure to submit the form in a mely manner may lead to a deducon of US$1,000 from the Facilies Upgrade Deposit (FUD), in compensaon for having held a space for your

child, prevenng the School from oering that space to another candidate prior to the holidaybreak.

The Withdrawal Nocaon Form can be obtained from the Admissions Oce or directly fromthe ISM website under Admission > Re-Enrollment & Withdrawal >WithdrawalsPlease feel free to contact the Admissions oce at 840.8601 for quesons or claricaons.

2nd season pracce schedules are posted to the ATAC

blog and on noce boards around school. 2nd season

LastFriday/Saturdaywe hosted the ISM Basketball ex-

change with ISB/ISKL/JIS ying in to play along with

Brent girls joining us. It was a great weekend of hoops

with our boys team winning 2 games and losing a close

one to JIS . Our girls played well for early in the season

and defeated all teams winning all 3 matches. Well

done to all players and coaches.

to try and clear the campus prior to5pmdue to the ev-

er increasing trac concerns in our area.

Bearcat Den- drop by our fantasc spirit store. There is

a range of new products (mouth guards and rugby balls

for 2nd season) and items to purchase including items

from our service partners. Bearcat Den hours of opera-

on- 7am-4pmMon-Fri.

The ATAC game schedule pdf which is updated regularly

by Triz Gonzalez (ATAC Athlecs Coordinator) gives the

most up to date informaon on where/when and whoour Bearcat teams will be playing throughout the school

year. Access to the game schedule is via the ISM parent

portal. Use this link to access the parent portal, log in

with your user name/password and look for the ATAC

Game Schedule tab. Remember to refresh the page

when the pdf schedule appears so you view the most

current schedule.
