1. SIS Uploads to IWASRole: Test Coordinator, Tech Coordinator, SIS District Data Manager

• As of early January 2015, PearsonAccessNext has been populated with SIS data.

• All PNP Data must be populated to SIS before test dates.

• Warning -- The field Assessment Session Location (col L) will autocreate test sessions AND populate students in the test session. This field can ONLY be populated withinPearsonAccessNext ONCE.

• Select Organization• Create or Select an already Created Test• Select Grade Level• Select Test• Select Test Format Online• Enter # of Students to Generate

• Enter a Session Name• Select the Correct Organization/School• Select the Test to be done• Proctor Reads Aloud leave blank• Form Group Type is Main• Skip Use Custom TestNav Settings• Select Proctor Caching Server• Add Students to Sessions• Note: The Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled Start Time for a session are

intended primarily for planning purposes, it is not enforced. A test session will not be started until you click Start on the Session Details screen, regardless of the scheduled start date and time.
