Since Parazelsus took over distribution setup of Novartis Pharma, the then available system needed to be upgraded and transposed into High tech Online centralized system. Hence the Management decided to switch over to Oracle based EBS.
In August 2011 Parazelsus launched its first web reporting tool for online analytical reporting. It is based on Oracle Web technologies and fully integrated with Oracle EBS – the core business application Web Portal is highly secured and robust technology, every user level has its own personalized dashboard with limited domain information
• It is a multi-level information tool using click-down approach to visualize each level data
• Sales is the core area of focus, Multi-Principal, Multi-Divisional, Multi-Unit and Multi-Product reports are available on just one click

Daily Sales can be monitored through web portal for each branch. Line-wise, Branch-wise and Division-wise sales analysis is also available for management to make effective decisions timely
Customer analysis is another tool to monitor the sales trend throughout the industry. Customer reports for each category is available
Web Reporting
Data is available at root level. Every invoice can be seen through this reporting tool. Sales and Return tracking also available at product / customer level
Inventory management and monitoring options are other vital parts of web reporting. Every day management can see / download the inventory requirement at each branch / location
