El Príncipe de Asturias, en Santo Estevo‘Volveré con mi familia’, dijo el Príncipe tras participar en unas jornadassobre inmigración, organizadas por el Centro Superior de InvestigacionesCientíficas, en el Parador de Santo Estevo (Ourense). Tras finalizar una visitaoficial por la capital, Don Felipe (en la imagen, con el personal del Parador)ocupó la habitación ‘Abad Franquilla’, una de las más espectaculares.

Éxito en HostelcoJoan Clos, ministro de Industria, Turismo y Comercio,(en la foto, junto con el jefe de cocina de Chinchón)fue el encargado de inaugurar la feria hostelera quese celebró el pasado octubre en Barcelona. En elevento, que contó con 2.300 expositores, destacó el ‘show-cooking’ de la Red. El menú de Paradoresresultó el más vendido, alcanzando los 800 cubiertos.

Success at HostelcoJoan Clos, the minister for Industry, Tourism andTrade (in the photo with the Head Chef atChinchón), inaugurated the Hostelco fair held inBarcelona. At the event, which had over 2,300exhibitors, one of the highlights was the cookingshow organized by the Paradores. The menu wasthe biggest seller with over 800 meals served.

The Prince of Asturias, at Santo Estevo‘I’ll be back with the family’, remarked the Prince after taking part in aseminar on immigration organized by the Spanish Science ResearchCouncil in the Parador at Santo Estevo. At the conclusion of an officialvisit around Ourense, Prince Philip (seen in the photograph with Paradorstaff ) occupied the ‘Abad Franquilla’ room, one of the most outstanding.

NUEVAS INVERSIONESEN OCHO PARADORESEl Saler, Granada, Toledo, Argómaniz, Puebla de Sanabria,Antequera, Mojácar y Málaga Golf son los ocho Paradorescuya remodelación está incluida dentro del Plan deInversiones, para el que se destinarán 106 millones deeuros, importe en el que se contabilizan las nuevasaperturas. El objetivo, en palabras del presidente de laRed, Antoni Costa, es ’incrementar la calidad de la oferta’.Además, en 2007 se espera abrir los Paradores de La Granja (Segovia), Cruz de Tejada (Canarias) y, a finales, el de Alcalá de Henares en Madrid.
