List of machineries with origin. 13. List of raw materials and chemicals. 14. ETP's design, structural drawing and lay-outplan with dimension. 15. Drainage system of treated water outlet. 16. Zero discharge and 3R plan for re-cycle plant drawing for water re-use in factory.

17. Board of investment certificate.

18. Department of textiles registration for textile / washing plant / garments factory. 19. East. West, North and South side photo of the factory land. 20. On line application 21. Govt Fee chalan and 15% VAT chalan original copy. 22. IEE / EMP Format fill up.

( a ) Site Clearance Certificate ( S.C.C )

( b ) Environmental Impact Assessment ( E.I.A )

( c ) Environmental clearance Certificate ( E.C.C)

Last Renew/ECC Certificate photocopy. 9. Treasury Challan. 10. 15% VAT Challan. 11. Online Application. 12. Application for ECC Renew. 13. Under Taking for no operation of ETP for beginning to update.
