The right address for your carbide knife
● From powder preparation to finish grinding, your CERATIZIT carbide knife comes from one source only.● Only at our company will you find for every application the tailor-made and continuously developed CERATIZIT carbide grades.
Perfection in manufacture
● As we are the largest carbide producer for cutting applications in all business sectors worldwide, in our production department for knives you will find the best state-of-the-art grinding machines which are specially designed for the grinding of carbide. ● We manufacture carbide knives with minimum tolerances: ground, lapped and polished surfaces in the µm range.
Perfection in result
● In order to obtain maximum tool life and precise cutting operations we test your carbide knives on up-to-the-minute measuring equipment, as we not only produce but also measure and document in the µm range.

UNICUT
Universal grade with optimum cut.Stable and wear resistant cutting edge and good toughness.Long product life also with varying cutting materials.
STARCUT
First choice for high volume production.Very low dust development.Excellent cutting precision.Very good form accuracy.Low material caption.Low stock movement.
STARCUT 3000
Brazing is out:The carbide blade of this CERATIZIT paper cutting knife is glued instead of brazed. A V-shaped groove provides double abutment and therefore extra strength of the connection between carbide and steel.
AKRONCUT
Special grade with very good cut.Particularly stable cutting edge, for high pressures and difficult cutting materials.
