INSTRUCTION Only selected finalist that has been announced will have paper presentation. The finalist should make a complete paper (5 hardcopies and 1 softcopy in pdf&doc) and presentation (in power point) Softcopy of the paper and presentation should be submitted before 1st October 2015 with subject :PaperandPresentation_PC2015_AuthorsName_University.

FORMAT PAPER Paper must consists of minimum 1000 words of text, plus with as many diagrams and supporting illustration as necessary to clarify the subject matter. The paper must not exceed 7000 words equivalent of text and diagrams, with each diagram considered to be the equivalent 250 words. The paper must have front page. Using Times New Roman,12,spacing:1.5 A4(Left:3cm:Right,Bottom,Up:2cm) Your paper presentation must not differ greatly from the abstract submitted. Plagiarism is prohibited in the paper. Researchers and contributors must be acknowledged in the paper presentation. Coursework, including thesis and desertion can be used to present in the paper contest.FORMAT OF PRESENTATION The presentation will be presented only by the author. The time limit for each participant is 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for interaction after the presentation. There will be a time keeper to keep track of the time. The time will start if the contestant is ready to start. When the bell rings once, it notifies that only 5 minutes left for the presentation before the presentation is over. Marks will be deducted if the presentation exceeds the time allocated. The participants should be at the presentation hall 15 minutes before the presentation. Any request for the external assistances during the presentation is not allowed. The first until the last contestant will be selected randomly by the judges. Participants are required to wear formal attire.
