Terrain following
Panther™ 2000 is a covert, buried securitysensor that creates an invisible electromag-netic detection field around the patentedSC-1 single sensor cable.
Because the sensor cable is buried and thedetection field is invisible, intruders do notknow the location of the detection zone. This results in a very low vulnerability todefeat.
Unlike other sensor technologies, Panther2000 uniquely senses a human intruder’selectromagnetic cross-section. Commonfalse/nuisance alarm sources like birds, small animals, rain, foliage, snow, blowingsand, wind, fog, seismic, acoustic andmagnetic effects are easily filtered out, ensuring a high level of operator confi-dence.
The detection field is not disrupted byuneven terrain or irregular perimeter shapes. The sensor cables can be installed in mostburial media, including sand, soil, gravel, asphalt and concrete.
Panther 2000 produces a controlled detec-tion field over the length of each zone andprovides continuous, fail-safe operation.Panther 2000 is an ideal sensor for applica-tions such as VIP residences, commercial
sites, parked aircraft and vehicles, utilitystorage sites and many more.
Put the stealth of a Panther into your perimeter security!
