❖ 2016 PHC Executive Council Elections ➢ Sigma Sigma Sigma Delegate (Haylee Sieben): I move to suspend the bylaw
stating a delegate may speak no more than twice during discussion and to end time of elections for November 5th by 9:30pm tonight. Second by Alpha Chi Omega Delegate (Kacey Slattery).
■ Motion passes. ➢ Gamma Phi Beta Delegate (Tiffany Maunu): I move to open the floor for
discussion on Panhellenic Council Officer 2016 Elections. Second by Sigma Sigma Sigma Delegate (Haylee Sieben).
■ Motion passes. ➢ President (Brianna Werner): Gives an explanation of how elections will run.
■ Each delegate was given a binder which has the election meeting protocal, the individual’s applications, the nominees applications, and the Panhellenic bylaws.
■ Each applicant will get 3 minutes to give their speech and then will be asked the prepared questions by the delegates.
■ We will then move into discussion with the applicants leaving the room. ■ When ready and prepared, the delegates will move into a vote. ■ We have had a request to begin with the Vice President of Marketing and
Public Relations and then will go in Panhellenic order from there. Are the delegates still okay with doing this?

❖ Alpha Chi Omega ➢ We are excited for our semiformal next weekend. ➢ Congratulations to all the ladies just elected to PHC. ➢ We are saying goodbye to our alum in a couple of weeks.
❖ Gamma Phi Beta ➢ We have our founders day coming up in the cities this Sunday. ➢ This past Sunday our daughter’s found out their mom’s. ➢ We are excited for our semiformal coming up. ➢ Good luck to everyone and just keep trucking through the semester.
❖ Sigma Sigma Sigma ➢ Just one more reminder that our philanthropy event is this Saturday from
11:30am2:00pm at the College Town Clubhouse for $5. ➢ We just elected our new officer board this past week. ➢ We are excited for our Thanksgiving exchange with Sigma Nu.
Announcements:
❖ John Bulcock: Congratulations!! I have never seen this happen in the eight years I have been here. Not only did we elect the entire council in one election meeting, but we did every election on the first attempt.
➢ For those of you who were just elected, take note that not all the men have nominations for IFC so if you know a good counterpart try and recruit them for these positions.
➢ For those of you who were just elected, you need to email Marissa Hulshizer, the Greek Graduate Assistant the names, postal addresses, and email addresses of those who are coming to the officer installation on Sunday, December 6th at 2:00pm. This includes both incoming and outgoing officers.
❖ Brianna Werner: Thank you to everyone for being so prepared and getting through elections. It has been a great year with everyone and I am very proud to have worked with everyone.
