How to read the slides:

• Rate the fluorescence from 0 (= no fluorescence) up to 5 (= strongest fluorescence possible)

• Calculation of the titre:1:10 dilution:

rate of 1 = 1:102 = 1:323 = 1:1004 and 5 = >1:100

1:100 dilution:1 = 1:1002 = 1:3203 = 1:10004 and 5 = > 1:1000

etc.
