Safety Switches
Square D safety switches have a long history of leadership in safety and performance. Since 1907, Schneider Electric has pioneered many innovations to help maximize the lifetime value of its safety switches that play a crucial role in today’s commercial and industrial settings.
• Performance:
Enhanced load break capability, designed to easily manage heavy motor loads and arc interruptions.
• Safety:
Visible blades that verify down-stream circuit is de-energized, provide increased safety. Optional view window offers visual verification of switch position without the need to open the door.
• Durability:
Rugged construction and corrosion protection provide the industry’s longest lasting switches. Switches are designed to reduce the amount of dust and other contaminants that shorten the mechanism’s operating life. An increased amount of copper on current carrying parts results in lower operating temperatures.

• Efficient Installation:
Time-saving design features make installation quick and easy. Square D safety switches feature quick-release cover latches and screw-fasteners.
• Cost-Saving Maintenance:
Advanced maintenance features extend switch life and reduce downtime, saving both labor and material costs. The Square D safety switch modular design allows the replacement of interior worn or damaged components.

I-Line Panelboards*
The I-Line™ power distribution panelboard is the most versatile on the market and features the Schneider Electric unique breaker engagement system. It is used to feed NQ and NF lighting and appliance panelboards, and is available for the Quick Ship Program for fast delivery. Wherever electricity is distributed or controlled, you’ll find I-Line Power Panelboards.
• Flexible Design
I-Line Panelboards are an industry exclusive design that allows for a simple and flexible configuration based on specific customer need. These panelboards are available with metering capabilities down to 15 Amps and are capable of feeding large motor loads and are utilized in most every market segment.
• Smart Bus Technology
I-Line breaker connections are “blow-on” type, similar to medium voltage equipment designs. The magnetic forces developed from high-level fault conditions force the jaws together, resulting in a firmer, more secure grip on the bus bar. Heavy duty jaw connectors are plated to ensure good conductivity at the contact.
• Simple Installation
A screwdriver is all that’s needed to mount 15 A through 1200 A I-Line circuit breakers. Breakers ratchet firmly onto the bus stack. Captive retaining screws secure the circuit breaker to the mounting pan.
