Direc&ons:  You  will  be  asked  to  speak  in  Chinese  on  a  specific  topic.  Imagine  you  are  making  an  oral  presenta&on  to  your  Chinese  class.  First,  you  will  read  and  hear  the  topic  for  your  presenta&on.  You  will  have  4  minutes  to  prepare  your  presenta&on.  Then  you  will  have  2  minutes  to  record  your  presenta&on.  Your  presenta&on  should  be  as  complete  as  possible.        Choose  ONE  Chinese  dish  that  is  associated  with  a  tradi&onal  Chinese  holiday,  for  example,  dumplings,  moon  cakes,  zong  zi  (s&cky  rice  in  bamboo  leaf)....etc.    In  your  presenta&on,  describe  its  ingredients  and  taste,  and  explain  its  significance  to  this  specific  Chinese  holiday.
