HOW TO MAKE

PANCAKES.

WHAT IS A PANCAKE?• A pancake is a traditional English dessert that english people eat at the Pancake Day, in the 4th of March.

INGREDIENTS1. 300g of flour2. 2 eggs3. ½ litre of milk4. 150g of butter5. Pinch of salt6.Toppings( lemon, chocolate, nuts…)

STEP 1•Put the flour and salt in a bowl.

STEP 2•Mix in the eggs with a fork.

STEP 3•Stir in the milk and some melted butter.

STEP 4An adult must put some butter in a hot friying pan.

STEP 5•Put some pancake mix in the frying pan and fry for one minute

STEP 6•Toss the pancake and fry the other side.

STEP 7•Eat the pancake with your favorite topping!
