The Model 25HP is an ultrasonic precisionthickness gage that provides cost-effective solutions in applications wherethe opposite side of the test material isdifficult or impossible to reach. It isuniquely designed for materials such asfiberglass, composites, rubber, andcastings that are difficult or impossible tomeasure using standard ultrasonic gages.

The 25HP’s low frequency capability offersunmatched ultrasound penetration inthese materials, which tend to scatter andabsorb ultrasound energy due toconditions such as grain structure andinternal fibers. This easy-to-use gage

offers measurement features typicallyfound in more complicated and expensiveunits but at a lesser cost.

A unique feature, Application Auto-Recall, allows you to select and recall anyof the stored standard or customtransducer setups in the gage’s memory.This permits easy switching between avariety of contact, delay line, andimmersion transducers to solve an almostinfinite number of measurementproblems.
