Tuesday, January 28 – Daylight Transit Panama Canal/Gatun Lake, PanamaToday, say goodbye to the Pacific Ocean as you begin your transit of the Panama Canal! Once we arrive in Gatun Lake – the Canal’s half-way point, those that have a booked shore excursion can disembark and make their Panama Canal experience even more intimate.(B, L, D).

Friday, January 31 & Saturday, February 1 – Cruising at SeaBoth Friday and Saturday are spent on the beautiful Caribbean with one last chance to enjoy the many amenities the Norwegian Joy has to offer! (B, L, D)

Sunday, February 2 – Disembark in Miami/Arrive in OmahaEnjoy one last breakfast on board the Norwegian Joy before disembarking. Board your transfer to Miami International Airport and reminisce with your fellow Panama Canal cruisers before your vacation comes to an end when you arrive back to Omaha, Nebraska and your individual pick-up points! Thursday, January 16 – Pre-DepartureIf applicable, due to early flight times, pre-departure accommodations in Downtown Omaha at the Hilton Garden Inn are included. Pick-up times will be adjusted accordingly and information will be sent with your final travel documents.

Friday, January 17 – Depart Omaha/Arrive in Los Angeles, CA/EmbarkDepart this morning from one of our pick-up points to Omaha’s Eppley Airfield, where you’ll take off to Los Angeles, California. Later this morning, arrive in the City of Angels, transfer to the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal and board the the new Norwegian Joy! One of Norwegians newest ships, the Joy entered service in 2017 and features luxury amenities and spacious accommodations. Spend the rest of the day exploring your home for the next sixteen nights! Cruise departs port at 3:00 PM. (D)

Saturday, January 18 – Cruising at SeaEnjoy your day cruising at sea as you head south along the beautiful Mexican Riviera! Join in on some of the ships many activities, take part in the great entertainment on board or just relax under the warm Pacific sun! (B, L, D)

Sunday, January 19 – Cabo San Lucas, MexicoWelcome to the jewel of the Baja Peninsula, Cabo San Lucas. Cabo is known for its beautiful beaches, scuba diving, world-class sport fishing and it signature landmark, El Arco (“The Arch”), a rock formation at the tip of “Land’s End.” (B, L, D)

Monday, January 20 – Mazatlán, MexicoCombine a first-class beach resort with a city with an illustrious, colonial past and you’ve got Mazatlán. Choose to sip on some margaritas, enjoy the authentic Mexican cuisine, visit the many shops offering local crafts or join an excursion driving along the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Tuesday, January 21 – Puerto Vallarta, MexicoSmaller and more subdued than Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta has retained a good deal of its small village charm along with miles of spectacular beaches along the Banderas Bay. Stroll its cobblestone streets, visit the Renaissance-style Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe or find a sale at one of the many open-air markets. (B, L, D)

Wednesday & Thursday, January 22 & 23 – Cruising at SeaSunbathe, read a book, have a drink, enjoy one of the ships many specialty restaurants or do whatever you like while cruising these two days! (B, L, D)

Friday, January 24 – Puerto Quetzal, GuatemalaAs a port city constructed in 1984, Puerto Quetzal is now Guatemala’s largest Pacific Ocean port. Travelers often venture out to Antigua, a 90-minute trek to where 17th-century colonial facades beckons and Guatemalan history comes alive. (B, L, D)
