Dear Friends and Supporters,

2018 was a year of many challenges and successes in the PCRF, as we continued to grow while addressing the basic humanitarian needs of sick and injured children throughout the Middle East. Over the past 26 years, we have saved the lives of thousands of children, built two pediatric cancer departments, sponsored hundreds of volunteer medical teams from all over the world to treat tens of thousands of sick and injured children in local hospitals, sent over two thousand sick and injured children abroad for free care that they could not get locally, provided tens of thousands of needy children direct humanitarian aid, and empowered thousands of volunteers in dozens of countries to get involved and help us to grow into one of the most important and effective organizations in the world.

Our effectiveness in helping to save the lives of hundreds of poor children in the Middle East each year is matched by the efficiency with which we operate. For seven straight years, we have received the highest rating from Charity Navigator, four out of four stars. As their CEO Michael Thatcher said, "This is our highest possible rating and indicates that your organization adheres to sector best practices and executes its mission in a financially efficient way."

This report will provide you a clear idea about the impact that we are having in the Middle East on the lives of sick and needy children.

PCRF is a privately-funded nonprofit, and we depend on the support of people like you all over the world to reach these children. We can only impact the lives of children through contributions from individuals like yourself.

2018 was our most successful year ever in treating children and providing humanitarian aid to refugees all over the Middle East. 2019 will be another year in which we respond to the many humanitarian tragedies facing children in Palestine, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan, while at the same time building up the health sector in Palestine to reach a higher level of sustainability and efficiency. We hope you will continue to support our work and to ensure that no child goes untreated.

In Peace,

Dr. Khaled AbughazalehChairman of the Board

Our 7th Straight 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator

April 1, 2018

Steve SosebeePalestine Children's Relief FundP.O. Box 1926Kent, OH 44240

Dear Steve Sosebee:

On behalf of Charity Navigator, I wish to congratulate Palestine Children's Relief Fund on attaining the coveted 4-starrating for demonstrating strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.

The nonprofit sector is advancing and expanding. As our organizations evolve, so do the desires and interests of oursupporters. Astute donors are yearning for greater accountability, transparency, and for concrete results from us. Withmore than 1.5 million American charities, Charity Navigator aims to accentuate the work of efficient and transparentorganizations. The intent of our work is to provide donors with essential information to give them greater confidence inboth the charitable decisions that they make and the nonprofit sector.

Based on the most recent information available, we have issued a new rating for your organization. We are proud toannounce Palestine Children's Relief Fund has earned our seventh consecutive 4-star rating. This is our highestpossible rating and indicates that your organization adheres to sector best practices and executes its mission in afinancially efficient way. Attaining a 4-star rating verifies that Palestine Children's Relief Fund exceeds industrystandards and outperforms most charities in your area of work. Only 4% of the charities we evaluate have received atleast 7 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Palestine Children's Relief Fund outperforms most other charitiesin America. This exceptional designation from Charity Navigator sets Palestine Children's Relief Fund apart from itspeers and demonstrates to the public its trustworthiness.

Forbes, Business Week, and Kiplinger's Financial Magazine, among others, have profiled and celebrated our uniquemethod of applying data-driven analysis to the charitable sector. We evaluate ten times more charities than our nearestcompetitor and currently attract more visitors to our website than all other charity rating groups combined, thus makingus the leading charity evaluator in America. Our data shows that users of our site donated more than they planned tobefore viewing our findings, and in fact, it is estimated that last year Charity Navigator influenced approximately $10billion in charitable gifts

Your achievement and the 4-star rating will enhance your organization's fundraising and public relations efforts. Ourfavorable review of Palestine Children's Relief Fund's financial health and commitment to accountability &transparency is now visible on our website.

We wish you continued success in your charitable endeavors.

Sincerely,

Michael ThatcherPresident and CEO

Medical Missions 2018

PCRF is the main organization in the Middle East arranging free medical care for sick and injured children who cannot be treated in their home countries. We thank the hundreds of foreign doctors and nurses who volunteered to travel to the Middle East with us in 2018, away from their homes and families, to treat thousands of our children, and also train local medical staff. We sponsored 160 volunteer missions in 2018, providing over 9,400 children the expert medical care they otherwise would not get locally.

Since 1992, we have sent over 2,000 injured and sick children from all over the Middle East for free care. In 2018, the PCRF sent 29 sick or injured children outside. We thank the many volunteer doctors and supporters in our chapters and communities who have helped to care for these children during their time away from their families.

This is a Gaza-only initiative that was organized as an early response to the war in 2014, when tens of thousands of Gaza children were psychologically traumatized from direct exposure to violence. In 2018 our focus was to help train local Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to help respond to this crisis facing children in Gaza.

This program targets refugee children living in Lebanon’s camps who often suffer from poor nutrition due to theor political and economic status, by providing them milk and other support during their time in these nurseries.

New ProjectsPediatric Intensive Care Department

In 2019, PCRF will break ground on building a new 14-bed pediatric ICU at the Bahraini Hospital in the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah. This new PICU will more than double the number of existing beds in the public hospitals in the West Bank and enable sick and injured children to have access to specialized ICU care that they currently have to leave their families to obtain.
