I am a professional freelancer and office ninja. Mostly I work with small businesses and entrepreneurs.

I run RobOfficeNinja.com where I share office and excel hacks. I have a video tutorial subscription and spreadsheet templates, free and paid, and a blog.

From a freelancing perspective, I assist with excel spreadsheet building and problem solving, data management, process streamlining, website proofing and more.

My business culture and spirit is about fun and freedom, passion and purpose. These 4 elements are the key to my success.

My brand and image stands for keeping things simple and user-friendly.

I want to portray that my work has excellent attention to detail, that I am efficient, that I really can streamline processes, and come up with effective solutions (if you can get that from the look of a website). I live by what I say, and refer to the quote 'outer order contributes to inner calm'.

Simple includes a clean-look website and branding (lots of white space, light grey etc.).

The people I work with are most important. I also help the local community, and reach out to small charities like Feed The Need.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In 2017 replaced my corporate salary. This year I am on track to make $100k from all my products and services.

I have a free template and video tutorial series, which are my lead magnets. I run webinars, and screen recorded video tutorials people can subscribe to, and am currently working on creating a course.

I continue to work with clients to help with their needs, and also bring in affiliate sales for accounting software Xero.

LEADERSHIP & MY TEAM

Our partnerships and team actions are guided by our 8 team principles.

I care for my community and my team, and guide them when necessary. I also understand that there are many things that other people can do better than me, and I listen to their advice and guidance in those areas, and allow them to work on projects with their own amazing style.

LEADING BY EXAMPLE

My team consists of 3. I am the Professional Office Ninja, and by my side is my awesome virtual assistant. My VA is my social media organiser and scheduler, in charge of Facebook and Google ads, and photo editor.

I have an on-call WordPress techie to help me with any updates or issues I encounter.

And I work closely with a couple of photographers and videographers when needed, to keep all media looking professional.

HEALTH & WELLBEING

I HAD A DREAM, AND TOOK MASSIVE ACTION TO MAKE IT A REALITY.

I FEEL STOKED.

I am healthy, happy, and grateful everyday for the freedom lifestyle I have created for myself. I don't have to slug away at the daily grind, and I can live life on my terms.

I feel motivated as I look forward to work, and get to ski daily during the winter. Most importantly I feel a sense of purpose, by being able to put forward my expertise and passion of helping others, to create awesome and sustainable business relationships.

Daily exercise, healthy eating ,and green smoothies keep my body energised, while a daily gratitude journal reminds me of what's important in life. I had a dream, and took massive action to make it a reality. I feel stoked.
